Engineering College Baran

The Institute is a Government Organisation under the Department of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota (RTU). The institute is the multidisciplinary institute that encompasses Five Engineering disciplines namely Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics Engineering. First Govt. Engineering College funded by Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) to spread technical education among Tribal Areas. The Government Engineering College Baran has been newly established in the year 2017.
The college aims to sharpen the skills of the students to equip them to face the growing challenge of our dynamic industry. The college seeks to enable graduates to gain a competitive edge in pursuing technical, managerial and professional careers so that they can make an outstanding contribution to the performance of their employing organizations.
